Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed on March 25, 2022 found that Angels Are Us Home Health Agency, LLC had corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite re-licensure survey completed on January 25, 2022.
